Andrew Pokelwaldt is the owner and president of AWALDT LLC since 2022. Primary work includes consulting in areas of training management, industry technical consulting for the composites industry. AWALDT LLC works with multiple manufacturing companies and workforce providers. Areas of primary expertise include safety, process improvement, training management, project management, and automation process improvement. Connecting technical processes and projects to practical measurable results for industry is AWALDT LLC’s value proposition. Training and technical experience working with over 50 manufacturing facilities brings a wealth of experience in improving and evaluating processes.
Andrew has 30 years of experience in leadership, training, and operations management. Experience includes directing a national technical training and certification program. Prior to that he managed training and development for a multi-plant fiberglass boat manufacturer, directing a technical advanced composites training program, and worked in gel coat/fiberglass repair work.
Andrew’s early career was as a dual career certified teacher and military reservist with 24 years of military service. His military experience included positions in the U.S. and abroad including a year executing training and combat operations with the Iraqi Army in Diyala province and service during Operation Desert Storm.
Andrew was the primary author and industry team collaboration leader for ACMA for CCT publications. These include Basic Composites Manual, Open Molding, Compression Molding, Vacuum Infusion Process, Wind Blade Repair and Cast Polymer manuals for ACMA composites certifications.
